Shipping

The following shipping information is provided to help make your shopping experience easier.  If you have a question that is not answered below, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Unless otherwise specified, we will endeavour to despatch your order the same business day where orders are received prior to midday, or the next business day for order received after midday.  Delivery is by courier and will take between 2-5 days depending on the delivery address.  Where stock levels mean that delivery will be delayed we will contact you to let you know what the problems are work together to get the equipment delivered to you as soon as possible.

For extremely urgent orders we can take additional steps to get your order to you such as the use of 'next-flight' services.  Please contact us if you require urgent delivery.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery cost is determined by the total weight of your purchases and is calculated during the checkout.  If you wish to utilise your own courier for delivery, please select 'Special Shipping Requirements' during checkout and we will contact you to confirm how you would like the equipment shipped.

Does APCRBC.com.au deliver to post office boxes?

Sorry, our standard delivery methods do not allow for PO Box delivery.  If you have no other option, please select 'Special Shipping Requirements' during checkout and we will endeavour to arrange a delivery that meets your needs however the weight of some larger items means that Australia Post will not handle them.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you miss the delivery the courier will normally leave a card telling you where the item can be collected from.  If you think the item may have gone missing in shipping please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to get it resolved.

If you are happy to have the product delivered to an unattended address then you can request an 'Authority to Leave' with the purchase.  Security of the goods at the delivered address becomes your responsibility after delivery and neither APCRBC.com.au or our Courier agents can be held responsible after the equipment has been delivered.

Shipping Insurance

Goods are shipped un-insured.  Thats right, no insurance.  It's actually the way about 98% of commercial freight is shipped within Australia.  The couriers and freight companies make insurance so expensive a lot of the time it just isn't worthwhile.  If you would like to have the equipment shipped with insurance, thats not a problem, you just need to let us know first and we'll arrange it but be prepared to cover the extra cost.
